fabian Proxmox Staff Member Staff member Jan 7, 2016 12,051 3,272 303 Dec 10, 2024 #3 see https://pve.proxmox.com/pve-docs/pve-admin-guide.html#_single_file_restore for how to obtain logs of the file-restore VM but note that in particular with encryption, non-Linux file systems or other more exotic use cases - our restore VM doesn't support everything, for some setups you need to create and manually use your own restore VM.
