Mounting backup drive in File Restore

When I try to restore a file from a backup I occurred in this error.
The VM is a Windows 11 with tpm. How can I mount the drive with tpm ?

Could you please share the syslog when you try to restore file?

but note that in particular with encryption, non-Linux file systems or other more exotic use cases - our restore VM doesn't support everything, for some setups you need to create and manually use your own restore VM.

the log just says it cannot find any known FS signatures.. is the disk bitlocker encrypted maybe?
