Motherboard dead - Now what?

I have two nodes. One tower died. Now I have a dilemma. No backup, but the VM images are still on the drive (still good)

Questions to the community.

If I reinstall 1.9 on a different system using the same drive, will I loose the VMs?
What's the best way to rebuild the node on different hardware?

Hi,
pve is linux-based not windows - so why you want to reinstall?
Take your disk to another host, boot, remove /etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules (or edit for the right eth0), reboot and all should working.

just move the HDD to another server, that should do the trick! And then start making backups
