ML350 G6 Graphic Installation doesn't work

I tried to install Proxmox 1.5 on a brand new ML350G6 with an ATI ES100 onboard graphics but the installer start and finally show a blank screen , to bad proxmox is a great product but they chose to not give me a text installer so I'm gonna used another vitualization platform.
 
Finally got it installed , something wrong about switching to X mode and video chipset
 
how do you fix it? please post the solution hopefully helping others with the same issue.
