migration of VMs in proxmox 1.9

Hello All,

I've been tasked with migrating several VMs from one host to another in Proxmox VE 1.9
VM one runs on Physical host A and is located in datastore A.
I'd like to move this VM this vm to Datastore B on physical server B (and run the VM on this server).

Since I'm quite new to Proxmox, I don't really know where to start. (The documentation provided in the proxmox wiki didn't made me much wiser either)

use the integrated backup/restore, then use scp to copy the backup file to the new server.

but don´t use 1.9 anymore, VERY outdated.
