[SOLVED] mergeid.reg Is Gone?

I am about to do some conversions from Citrix Xenserver using the vhd files, and I read that I need to perform mergeid.reg on the machines first.
However, http://www.proxmox.com/downloads/proxmox-ve/misc/59-mergeide doesn't point to the proper location.
Where is it?

I think the file originates from Microsoft and is available from them, a quick Google search should find it...
