M.2 Stick killed my NIC PVE 8.1.3.

Welp....I got it working. Anyone wanna throw down some bets on where I placed my stupidity? I really do appreciate you all for helping me with this!

Ultimately it appears that the fix was switch related. I have a UDMPro and a Unifi 16 port switch running my network. That all works great. I purchased a very cheap (and I got what I paid for...headaches) 10/100 layer 2 switch that I am using in my office that appears to be the culprit. When I bypassed it and went back to my unifi switch, it came right up! What was throwing me off is that before I went to installing my M.2, the system was working on this garbage switch. Everything else was working on this garbage switch too. Experience teaches all and I do thank you all for your help. @pengu1n thanks for calling me out on being previously vectored towards the switch. I should have known better than to dismiss the lowest layer possible. @leesteken and @emunt6 you guys are awesome for throwing out all that info for me. I am now running all those things to update the box now that my NIC is working again lol. If there was a Noob badge, I have def earned it!
