lvm problem

Hello,

I want to try configure software raid 1 with this links:

But i have problem on the boot and i checked the lvscan and there is a problem.

Anyone have idea why i got this? I never see this before.

One day ago i succesfully configured with the secound link this system but i reinstalled and now i get this problem.
