I have always installed Centos VMs following its default setting of using LVM. But, given Proxmox installs by default with a LVM schema, does it still make sense?
Is it still worth, or should I better stick with non LVM partitions for Linux VMs?
LVM in the VMs has some advantages with reconfiguring filesystem layout (e.g. adding a /var/lib/mysql partition etc.) but its just fashion to use on or the other
