LVM degraded jn Proxmox 5.4

Hello All.
I have a problem with guest windows machines at my cluster. Over time, they gradually become unusable. It is necessary SFC to apply periodically. But in the end restore from backup. This can happen within a year of the virtual machine's life. This happens on NFS or Ceph disks the same way.

I compare it with a normal real Win2012R2 server that has been running continuously for 5 years.

Obviously, it's my fault, but where is it?

Does this happen to Windows VMs only? Maybe try some Linux VMs, if they experience the same error, they should at least be better at error reporting than Windows (IMO).

It also sounds like a possible hardware issue of some sort. Any anomalies in dmesg? Are you using ECC RAM? Maybe run a memtest.
