Lots of spam from gmail the past few weeks

Has anyone else noticed the spike in spam from gmail.com? Is there an easier way to filter. At the moment thinking about just marking all gmail as spam and let the users whitelist. Just a pain since some users never check and will generate more support tickets.

Do you have DNSBLs set up? Do you use greylisting?
Did you follow our guide [0] regarding spam detection when configuring your PMG?
