lost my two factor recovery key

Since I lost my two factor recovery key, so i can't use the web gui.
But i still can use ssh to login.
How do i disable the two factor login option or find the recovery key by CLI.

Basically, on the root shell you can use: pveum user tfa unlock <userid>
Just replace <userid> with the respective value, e.g., root@pam for the root user.
