two factor authentication

Hi I have an issue with last proxmox version 8.0.4 I cannot validate 2FA I cannot do anything at this point How can I do ? Thanks

Since I lost my two factor recovery key, so i can't use the web gui. But i still can use ssh to login. How do i disable the two factor login option or find the recovery key by CLI.
