Loses node in cluster

I have a cluster with Proxmox 4.4.
Now it's a note that I only lose a short while after it has started up.
That's the same every time I restarted it.
It finds its "friends" and then they disappear.

It has not done this before, but it has worked a little over half a year before it started like this.

I would need advice on what it might be and any log files that can help me.

Probably a network issue. Do you use bonding? And if so, what mode? Maybe after the updelay another uplink goes active, can’t talk via multicast to other servers on other switch (caused by wrong config on switches) and gives issues. Try to omping the other nodes just after reboot (when it’s working) and try again some minutes later when it’s not working anymore. Any links that have a status change should appear in /var/log/messages.
