Hello. I recently added a node (pve2) to an existing proxmox cluster (pve). These nodes are on very similar hardware and are both running 7.4-16. The create and join cluster process was straight forward and worked well except for the issue on the joining node (pve2) which required the join to be done by the command line because of TFA. After joining the pve2 node showed up on the main web gui of pve.
I attempted to login to the web gui on pve2 and got so far as the entry for the TFA token where there was a small pause and then a "Login Failed. Please try again." error. I was able to gain access via ssh.
I also noticed that the pve2 node was missing the large local large storage as well as the local-lvm storage showing a small greyed out question mark.
I was able to add back the large local zfs volume by using the web ui Datacenter->Storage->Add, but I have been unable to raise the local-lvm storage.
When I select the local-lvm storage on pve2 and look at the vm disks I see an error that states "no such logical volume pve/data (500)".
I have run lvs and see:
root@pve2:~# lvs
LV VG Attr LSize Pool Origin Data% Meta% Move Log Cpy%Sync Convert
root pve -wi-ao---- <32.26g
swap pve -wi-ao---- 4.50g
When I run pvesm status I see:
root@pve2:~# pvesm status
no such logical volume pve/data

I am new to clustering proxmox and I am not sure if the login issue is also related to this pve data missing.
I would appreciate any guidance on what else to look at for troubleshooting.
