Linux Bridge - VLAN & Multicast

Just wanted to throw in my two cents. I turned on VLAN aware for Proxmox, and both Homebridge and Scrypted failed to connect to my Apple TVs and Homekit for those devices went "no response". My solution was to turn OFF IGMP snooping on my physical switches, of which I have 3. When I did that and rebooted the switches HomeBridge and Scrypted came right online. On small home networks disabling IGMP snooping on physical switches is not terrible. Would not do that in an enterprise setting.

If/when you feel adventurous again you could also try the suggestion from the post #18 in this thread, I am not sure if it will fix your "qnap with snooping on" problem or not though.
