Limit OVZ Guest Bandwidth & Reinstall OVZ Guest OS

is it possible tolimit the up and download speed for OVZ VM's like for KVM VM's ?
And is there a way to reinstall the guest OS of an OVZ VM ?

not via gui. but AFAIK some users here in the forum played with tc.

no, but you can restore from a backup which is more or less the same for me.
