Licence CPU Upgrade 1 sockets to 2 sockets

Hello,

we have a customer with a 1 CPU License and he needs now a CPU Upgrade for a second CPU on each node. Could we upgrade the alreydy existing licence, do we need to add a 1 CPU liecence or do we have to purchase a complete new 2 CPU Licence?
