LDAP Configure

Hi there !

First of all : Thanks for all to the team !! Proxmox is going to be very useful !!!!

I'm trying to use LDAP to identify my users, but my LDAP server want a Password, and I can't find the field which corresponds.
Is there somewhere to configure this connexion with a password provided (like .ldaprc ?)

Hi,
pve use the given uid with the given password to log with this credentials on the ldap-server (not via admin-credentials).
But you must also create the user in the pve-gui - ldap is only for password-verification.

I'll investigate tomorrow ! I tried something like this but I think my server doesn't use uid to identify users (maybe GivenName or something like this)

It did it, I was wrong we are using "log" as login for users
