Kernel Panic - not syncing: fatal exception in interrupt

G'day all,

I'm having some issues with my install of 5.3-5 - it's not the first time it's occurred however i've had the system crash a couple of times now with Kernel Panic - not syncing: fatal exception in interrupt. I've attached a photo of the error.

If someone could assist me in troubleshooting this issue, that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hardware as below:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700
MOBO: Gigabyte X470 Aorus Ultra Gaming Socket AM4
RAM: 1x Corsair 16GB (2 x8) CMK16GX4M2B3000C15B DDR4 3000Mhz
SSD: 2x Silicon Power 1TB A56 SATA3 2.5"
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 8TB ST8000DM004
GPU: MSI GT 710 2G DDR3 Low Profile
PSU: Corsair 550W RM550x (2018) Gold Power Supply

I'm in the process of installing the amd-microcode package - hopefully that might solve some issues.

Edit: Looks like i'm already running the latest microcode.

Yes, i'm using ZFS - I have not adjusted zfs_arc_max. At the moment, there is about 2GB free, swap is not enabled. I've already updated to the latest BIOS, the issue still occured.
