Enable virtualization in the BIOS, and fix it.
But now I have several contracted ipfailover, but I know how to configure them.
The ips have without the MAC.

Hi,
use bridged networking and define the network config inside the VM.

The bridge is like an network-hub and all connected VMs are on the same network.

Config can be difficult, if your provider accept only one MAC-Address (from the server), or if you get multible subnets or different single IPs on one Nic.
Then you have to ask the isp - or search in the forum - there are a lot of postings about this.

I want to put each virtualized system a different ip. How do I do?

You are probably thinking of VM setup similar to the image below. As UDO suggested by using bridges you can easily isolate VM subnets. If you want each subnet to have internet access, just drop a VM firewall. Gives you better control in my opinion.
