Issues with REST API and percentage symbol

Hello. I'm using the Proxmox REST API to execute some commands inside the qemu guest agent. Specifically, I'm using the POST /api2/json/nodes/{node}/qemu/{vmid}/agent/exec endpoint. All the commands I execute are correctly "got" by the agent, except for those who have the percentage symbol inside. Checking qemu-guest-agent logs, I see the command I want to execute, but without the percentage sign. For instance:

I want to execute My%Command
I encode My%Command to My%25Command, so my body will look like command=My%25Command
After doing the POST request, the command is not performed as expected. In fact, in the qemu-guest-agent logs I see info: guest-exec called: "MyCommand"

Hi,
seems like you can specify two percentage symbols as a workaround, i.e. My%%Command. Seems like PVE passes along the percentage symbol correctly and the guest agent itself drops it somewhere. Couldn't immediately find documentation about this, maybe it's expected? One would need to take a closer look.

May you try command=My+Command?

Just tried. It is encoded as command=My%2BCommand. On qemu-guest-agent logs, the command is executed as My+Command, but it is not what I want to do.
