I have a HP Proliant dl380p that I am looking to install proxmox on to start up my home lab, I have it booting into the ISO but when I try to install the os I get below. Anyone know how I can try fix this?

the error tells you that the device that is identified as /dev/sdb is unreadable, ie dead/dying.
The screenshot shows that ISO was mapped to /dev/sda, which means your hdd/sdd is probabl /dev/sdb.
You can press alt-f2/f3/etc and then run "lsblk" that should help you identify which device it is.

Ran that and got this not really sure what any of it means. For context there is 10 drives in the server at the moment

Update: got proxmox installed (had to reconfig raid) now I get
DMAR: DRHD: handling fault status reg 2
DMAR: [INTR-REMAP] Request device [01:00.0] fault index 0x1c [fault reason 0x26] Blocked an interrupt request due to source-id verification failure
