Iscsi extend vg multipath

Hello Friends , I am new to the forum and have the following doubts . Increased the area on my disk storage of 500GB to 1TB my cluster Proxmox recognized this change in ISCSI , however my VG is still with former size 500GB what should I do for any VG use the full area of the disc and so can add more VM 's?

Thank you for your attention , but the problem was solved after clearing the browser cache so the Proxmox application is updated ... lol browsers fuck ...
