[SOLVED] Is there a Proxmox setting that migrated VM automatically to another host based on VM usage or health in the HA environment?

I want to know that is there any ha/proxmox settings that can migrate vm based on its health?
I mean say that one of the nodes noticed that its CPU usage is high, so it automatically shifts some VM to another node to balance its usage

This functionality is not part of proxmox. However, it can be scripted; look through the forum to see how others have accomplished something similar.

but no active scheduling (yet) outside of the scheduling points listed there
