Is it possible to install proxmox backup server with btrfs

May I know if it is possible to install proxmox backup server with btrfs, if so, any documentation for the same?

not via gui, but a datastore is just a directory, so you could just take an additional disk, format it with btrfs (i guess there's many guides out there for how to format a disk with btrfs) and use that path as a datastore.
note that we do not test that here currently AFAIK, so results may vary
