IP address could not reused after vm deleted

Dear Respected Proxmox Users,

I got an issue that my ip addresses could not reused again after i deleted/destroyed the old vm and create a new vm (KVM)
Means the ip works before in KVM with windows server 2008 but after the vm deleted and i created new KVM again + assigned the same ip, the ip is not recognized.

Any advice and feedback would be very appreciated if any of you guys had ever solved similar issue.

Hi,
sounds like your network (ISP?) use an mac-filter and have learned the old IP-MAC combination?
But perhaps the issue is inside the new VM?(firewall...)

Try tcpdump on the host to find the issue.
