internal error

I searched and could not find a healthy solution about this error.

The server gives an internal error on rebooting from inside and rebooting with proxmox.

This situation does not exist when it is stopped and started.

Could you provide some more information?
Is it Proxmox VE itself that has an error on boot or a VM/Container within Proxmox?
Could you post the error message?

Does the issue only occur for this specific VM, or is it happening with more?
Could you post your PVE version (pveversion -v)?

Okay. Could you reboot the VM shown in your screenshot and post the contents of /var/log/syslog, after the task completes?
NOTE: Your version of Proxmox VE is at its end of life (EOL) (see faq: question 10). This means that while using this version, you may not receive updates that could resolve this problem. I advise you to have a look at Proxmox's guide for upgrading from version 5.x to 6.0 and carefully follow it, should you want to have an officially supported version.

Replace the enterprise repo with pve-no-subscription https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Package_Repositories if you have no subscription.

Thank you for your help effort. Problem not solved. I'm emptying the Proxmox servers. Unfortunately we have to use vmware. Proxmox maybe 10 years later ...
