My problem:​

I successfully pass-trough HD 630 IGD from my i5-10400 CPU - asrock H470M-ITX/ac board. I got the video to output on HDMI.I am doing audio passthrough. 00:1f.3 is the audio device I want to passthrough to my Windows 10.now,It worked.But it doesn't work after I restart win10.The HDMI still has output.There is no sound on the TV.Unless I restart PVE and then restart win10.

In that case, it's usually not possible to fix this. You could try handling audio output on the host via pulseaudio, and then passing audio from guest to host using QEMU or something like scream.
