Integrating Bitdefender endpoint security tools as an antivirus scanner

Hello,
I would like to know if it is possible to integrate bitdefender endpoint security tools with ProxMox Mail Gateway or what tests to do to know if this is possible.

hi,

we allow setting a custom check script [0] so that's how you could integrate support for that.

i'm not too familiar with bitdefender's enterprise pricing but you should take a look if they charge per mailbox/per mail etc. for scanning, and if it can run daemonized in the background

Thanks, "if it can run daemonized in the background" this is mostly what i should check. For the pricing, they charge per mailbox for their antispam solution, but when scanning the smtp stream and just blocking the connection or changing the email on the fly, i have to check too.
