Installing Remote Administrator on Win2K3 and Win2K8 Servers

Hi
I'm new to Linux and new to Proxmox.
I have installed Remote Administrator Ver 3.4 on each server Running on ProxMox VE.
RA Installs OK but the service will not start.
Is there a work around or can anyone point me in the correct direction please.

I assume this has nothing to do with Proxmox VE.

Both the Win2K3 Server and the Win2K8 Server are installed on Proxmox VE.
Both are running well.
This is a test setup at the moment, I am trying to get used to both Proxmox VE and Linux and plan to start using in Production areas.
I have been using Remote Admin now for many years and know it well and would like to continue to use it.
Any Ideas?

just installed a brand new win2008r2 and radmin 3.4 on Proxmox VE - works without issues here.

I have the same problem. Radmin has not worked on all of my VPS.
