Hello

My problem is I try to add a iscsi volume to proxmox and I cannot do this.

I have a dell compellent SAN, which maps volumes(with LUN number) to server. I went to the compellent and add proxmox to it as server, also created a volumen of 100 Giga and assing to Proxmox. Then I went to proxmox and in storage I add the iscsi target, which it took without any problem. Now, my question is how can I see and use the 100 Giga volume I assign to proxmox. There is no place I can see this.

Any help will be appreciated and thank you for your time.

See Configuration/Storage for the storage list.

Tom thanks for your time. Could you please give me a exact link in which I can find "See Configuration/Storage for the storage list" information.

Thank You in advance.

the gui is not that complicated, just see the left menu´s of the admin gui.

I guess you want to create LVM storage using the iSCSI LUN as 'base'. After that you can create VMs using that LVM storage.
