Hello, I have a Dell R710 and am having issues with the installation. My installation goes as follows:
I tried switching the install flag
When the system tries to set up the GUI installation menu it fails and aborts.
I checked the log file
The key Error I saw listed were

- Boot to USB (or CD)
- Select Install
- General Debug text comes up
- Screen goes blank and monitor does not detect input (but knows its connected).

/var/log/Xorg.0.logThe key Error I saw listed were
- Failed to load module "mga" (module does not exist, 0)
- open /dev/dri/card0: No such file or directory
- Unable to find a valid framebuffer device
- Screen 0 deleted because of no matching config section
- Cannot run in framebuffer mode. Please specify busIDs for all framebuffer devices
