Hi, guys.
When I tried to install solaris 10 on proxmox with kvm, there was an error which said:
#9 coprocessor segment overrun. cpu model is AMD Athlon(tm) II X4 640.
Can you help on this?
Thanks.Snap9.png

NB:
And, when I tried to install centos on it, error as follows:

post the output of 'pveversion -v'

(nd provide a link to the used ISO image you used to install - in order to reproduce the issue)

# pveversion -v

running kernel: 2.6.32-4-pve

And, solaris iso is downloaded from oracle, sol-10-u9-ga-x86-dvd.iso. Centos iso is downloaded from centos.org, CentOS-5.5-i386-bin-DVD.iso.

Hi, Tom,
The centos issue has been resolved with noapic option when booting it. But the solaris one, I'm still at a loss what to do with it. As I've tried to solve the problem for many days and to no avail.

no, that means no one with amd cpu added a test on the wiki page. maybe you should post this issue on the kvm user mailing list, maybe someone have a hint.
