Install Proxmox Srv Raid 5 width ZFS

I have had several problems with the grub / boot of my server after proxmox is updated. But only on my server with Raid 5 and ZFS. How can I configure my server to replicate / migrate between 2 servers?

Master Server:
- Processor: 6 x Intel® Xeon® CPU E5-2603 v4 @ 1.70GHz (1 Socket)
- RAM: 32GiB
- Disk: 3 hard drives of 4 GiB RAID 5 = 7GiB Total

Slave Server:
- Procesador: 4x Intel® Core™ i3-3220 CPU @ 3.30GHz
- RAM: 16GiB
- Disco: 2 discos duros de 4 GiB – RAID 0 = 8GiB Total



When I install proxmox I define my disk as Raid 0 so that it allows me to do the replicas. I have read that RAID 5 with ZFS is not recommended. But then how can I configure my servers to do the replicas?

With pve-zync per CMD (Without Cluster) or with replication the webinterface (per VM/Container)
