The easiest way is to install a plain Debian and install on top a PVE.
https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Install_Proxmox_VE_on_Debian_Stretch
Yes.Then I have to install debian, then add the proxmox repositories and install proxmox?
This is up to your liking, many people use LUKS.But how do I encrypt the disk on which it was installed?
And sometime in the future, zfs will get luks encryption(maybe ver. 0.8 )
I don't know about the integration in the LUKS infrastructure, but it's already in the git-version of ZFS and can be tested like this:
https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/ZFS#Native_encryption
Hi,
And sometime in the future, zfs will get native encryption(maybe ver. 0.8 )
is there a possibility to get it in one of the next Proxmox Versions?
Is it foreseen in Proxmox?

maxprox
Okay, thanks for the answerit is slated for ZFS (on Linux) 0.8, which hasn't yet been released. which PVE version will contain it is just guess work at this point.
