Incoming emails are not being logged.

I have a setup with Proxmox Mail Gateway + Exchange Server 2019. The mail system works, and it receives and sends messages. The problem is that incoming emails are not being logged, and no traffic is shown on the dashboard. Only outgoing emails are being logged.What should I do? I checked using the command ls -l /var/log/mail.log, but still, nothing appears.
 
Solved: the router was configured to route mail through the Exchange server instead of the PMG.
