If a server in my 3 node cluster running a VM goes down, can I keep the VM up?

Hi guys,

If a server running a VM in my cluster fails whilst running a VM, is their a failover system where the VM will be restarted from a saved state and continue running?

I am very new to Proxmox, and Im on a steep learning curve at the moment . Thanks for your time and patience
