I run some production machines with pvetest repository,it's stable too. Maybe I'm lucky

Nothing. The same error.
I wonder about the compatibility about 2012 and Proxmox.
1)i made update
2)i try to put the basic conf for 2012
3)i change everything...but the f@#$@#$ machine stil give me the dead message.
And i have dead line until tommorow to install in on vm on IBM....

FYI, it works here on all servers our test lab so I am out of ideas here.

Just to note, you always have the possibility to get direct help from our support team (direct login via SSH/HTTPS).

The first VM config using ide then second using virtio. If u use virtio the make sure you install the drivers as shown here http://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Windows_2012_guest_best_practices.

Try to use ide, format=qcow2, cache=disable. Also please recreate the Windows 2012 ISO?

I found the solution. But none of this. I change 1 optin on bios server option and finaly run. I change memory execute disable kit on IBM X3650 BIOS
