i need some help with guest not running

I keep getting this error message no matter what I do to get the qemu setup I have even tried going through the wiki instruction

swtpm_setup: Not overwriting existing state file.
kvm: warning: host doesn't support requested feature: CPUID.01H:ECX.aes [bit 25]
kvm: Host doesn't support requested features
stopping swtpm instance (pid 9585) due to QEMU startup error
TASK ERROR: start failed: QEMU exited with code 1






VM 101 not running
TASK ERROR: Failed to run vncproxy.

Sound like your hosts CPU doesn't support the AES-NI instruction set. I would check that first. If it doesn't then you have to select a CPU type for that VM that isn't requiring that like kvm64.

And please have a look at the best practices. Using E1000 as NIC or IDE as disk protocol is not (and you probybly want to enable "SSD emulation" and "discard" too when using a thin-provisioned storage like ZFS or LVM-Thin): https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Windows_2022_guest_best_practices
