I have a problem regarding the license of poroxmox VE which when entering the license I get the following error: wrong number of sockets (1 < 2) (500). Does anyone have an idea of how to solve it to license the machine?

It would suggest you bought a subscription for a single socket motherboard but are running Proxmox on a motherboard with two CPUs instead. This might be a bug, an error or a honest mistake. Please contact the (re)seller of the subscription to resolve such issues or contact the Proxmox sales office. The volunteers on this forum can probably not fix this for you.
EDIT: I assume you bought a subscription for support services. Please note that it is not a "license" as you can run Proxmox fully without paying anything. The copyright license is actually GNU AGPL v3.

My case with the Proxmox VE purchasing area has been resolved Upgrading the license from 1 socket to 2 sockets adding the surplus of the purchase. I thank the proxmox sales team for solving my situation and also the company for licensing our machine.
