I can't access via web proxmox

Can you please be a bit more specific? Also make sure that you access it on port 8006 and using https. So the URL in you browser should look something like https://localhost:8066/ instead of just http://localhost/. This is just an example though and your URL may differ.
 
Type in cat /etc/network/interfaces and show us the output. In case you didn`t forgot the "s" of "https:" and not the ":8006", then you probably kept the default IP "192.168.100.2" when installing PVE, which is wrong, when that is not the subnet your router is using.

When using 192.168.100.2/24 as your PVE servers IP you can only access your PVE server from a client that is part of the same subnet. So your client machine has to use a IP of 192.168.100.1 or 192.168.100.3 to 192.168.100.254.
Or install PVE again using a free IP that is part of the subnet all your other machines are using.
