How to to set bandwidth limit for each host/node in proxmox?

Example: I have a host which is having around 20 VMs. For the total host I want to set the bandwidth limit of 200 mbps, How can It be done?

Thanks.

You can set the limit in a specific VM by going to the PVE Web UI -> VM -> Hardware, then edit the Network Device, make sure to check on 'Advanced' check box then you will see the Rate Limit (MB/s):

EDIT: for the CT (contianer) is the same step by going PVE web UI -> CT -> Network tab

rate limit means upload and download are the same value? how do we set upload 10 and download 100 ?

assume we set value 10. it means we get 10Mb/s right for both upload and download?
