how to retrieve a quarantine email back to her inbox

My user accidentally click delete a spam email instead of a deliver email. I located where that email is ( it is under /var/spool/pmg/cluster/1/spam/C8). I was wondering how I can copy that email back to her email box so that she can deliver it to her outlook. Thank you very much.
However, you may be able to find the mail in your mail log and may be able to ask the sender to resend.
Thank you for your advice, Heutger. I am thinking there must be a way to retrieve it since proxmox uses postfix to receive emails before it delivers it main email server such as Exchange. Hopefully, someone has seen this issue before.
In the same following subject ,
What if i send quarantine mail to user , but because some reason the user unable to receive it.
How can I resend that mail again , because right now it is delete from the quarantine place.
