How to remove extra adding External mail subject text

Hello Forum,

We are using zimbra open source mail system and proxmox mail gateway. I did all incoming mail adding EXTERNAL MAIL tag in the subject. My problem is repyling mail to much EXTERNAL MAIL tag. I want to one tag EXTERNAL MAIL and other tagging ( EXTERNAL MAIL ) removing. Is this possible?

Not sure if I understand the question.

But if you want to edit the __SUBJECT__ macro in a Modify Field object (to remove all other (EXTERNAL MAIL) occurences) - this is not possible currently - you can only use the macro as is

I add to subject tag (EXTERNAL MAIL ) all incoming mail, problem is mail answering to external user adding one more subject EXTERNAL MAIL EXTERNAL MAIL.... if this possible only one EXTERNAL MAIL tagging? We do not want to add it again again

Ok - yes I understand the request - but as said this is currently not possible - you can only add a text to __SUBJECT__ not modify it
