How to provisioning multiple the same windows server in proxmox

Hello,

We want to change or vmware enviroment to proxmox.
On the vmware enviroment we have multiple the same window servers in a rds host role with a bunch f applications.

We want to have an automated way to:
- opening a 'golden image' and make all changes
- redploy this golden images to x vm's with: inserting the righte host name, the right ip config, join them in an AD, ...

Is there a out off the box solutions?
Where to find the working tools/scripts/manuals?

How do you do it on VMware? This kind of automation is normally not part of the hypervisor, but software on the guest. A popular choice for linux is cloudinit, which is integrated in PVE, yet I don't know about its Windows support, although simple things like IP and hostname should work.
