How to prevent VM from unwanted removal/eject of VirtIO device?

Hi everybody. Now I'm testing Proxmox VE on my test environment. I have installed Windows Server 2008 R2 VM with VirtIO drivers. My question is how to hide VirtIO devices from iconbar to prevent VM from unwanted removal/eject of VirtIO devices. My second question is the next: is there any way to clear install of Bios locked Reseller Option Kit operating systems? Thanks for any help.

Problem still here for me too. Can anybody advice how to hide unwanted "Eject Virtio Devices" in Windows hosts?
