How to measure Watt Usage on proxmox Installed In VMware use Powerstat Tool ??

I have installed proxmox on vmware, Iam going to measure the watt usage of proxmox. So I've tried by powerstat tool, it shown me like a picture below.
I need your help to solve this case, who undestand please help me ???

How should that work inside of a VM? The devices are virtual.

I just wanna try this case, because I am creating a simulation for measure of power usage.

I don't think so. There is no power virtualization that would allow that. If you want to measure real power, I'd go with real devices (e.g. good servers with management board, off-the-shelf-hardware with a powermeter/kill-a-watt).
