[SOLVED] How to login as a regular user?

Hello there,
I am very new to PMG and enabled it today for my domain.
So far I was able to link PMG with my Active Directory (LDAPS) and now I would like to have my users be able to login to check their spam emails.
Therefore I have selected "Ticket or LDAP" but unfortuantely I am unable to login with my regular user?

https://<hostname>:8006
Tried: Domain\username, username@domain, email address

Nothing worked.

Can someone guide me how to get this feature running?

And the login would be the email address.

Just a question regarding Alias-names.

As far as I recognised PMG does not know if an email address is an alias or a real ones.
How will those things be treated when it comes to quarantine?

pmg interprets all ldap attributes defined in 'mailattr' as an email/alias (so all mails contained in there are combined to the 'real' email)
