How to fix CVE-2014-9295 ntp problem on Proxmox 2.x?

2.x is outdated on many places and you have multiple security problems. if you are concerned about security, you need to upgrade to latest version (currently 3.3).

afaik, new ntp packages are also released to squeeze-lts repo.
